What can be returned

  • Damaged, defective, tampered or incorrect products (report within 48 hours of delivery). [confirm]
  • Unopened products with intact seals within 7 days of delivery. [confirm]

What can't

  • Opened or used consumables, unless defective.
  • Products without original packaging or with a broken seal.

Process

Email support@mylenutrition.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll confirm eligibility within 2 business days and arrange a pickup or share a return address. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
